Empowering Individuals and Supporting Canines Worldwide

Service Dog Training School International (SDTSI) stands as a beacon of independence in the field of service dog training. As an independent entity, we are not affiliated with Assistance Dogs International (ADI) or any other non-profit organization. Our core mission is to provide comprehensive service dog training for individuals with disabilities who may not have the financial means to access such services from non-profit organizations or who wish to bypass extensive waiting periods.

Established in 2015, SDTSI is driven by a team of proficient and certified dog trainers, extending our reach across North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. Our trainers, who have excelled in the Canine Behaviour & Training Technician (CBTT) program, hold certifications from the American Kennel Club and the Canine Behaviour College UK, ensuring our training meets the highest standards.

Our approach to training is rooted in compassion and understanding, prioritizing the formation of a strong bond between clients and their service dogs. We employ only force-free training techniques, upholding a standard of excellence that guarantees the safety and efficacy of our service dog teams in various public settings. Beyond training, we emphasize the importance of legal and social responsibilities for service dog handlers, fostering a well-informed and supportive community.

SDTSI's global footprint includes expert trainers in the USA, Ireland, Germany, Bulgaria, and Hong Kong, reflecting our commitment to accessibility and support for individuals from diverse backgrounds. We extend our services to those on social assistance and individuals with PTSD, offering specialized support to those who might be underserved by other organizations, including non-veterans.

Our commitment to making a difference extends beyond training. SDTSI actively participates in humanitarian efforts, donating and assisting in the rehoming of dogs from Ukraine, Romania, China, and Thailand. This aspect of our work underlines our dedication to canine welfare and our belief in the power of second chances, providing new homes and new beginnings for dogs in need.

By allocating 10% of our income to the Psychiatric Service Dog Association, we contribute to the well-being of individuals with mental health challenges and the protection of animals subjected to mistreatment. At SDTSI, we are not just training dogs; we are nurturing connections, fostering independence, and contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate world.
